We liked it and would recommend to anyone! Everything was very good. - the location was quiet and perfect for Hastings, close to lovely conservatory, the Travellodge, and the police station, and shops.

The room was above average by English standards. At breakfast there was a large selection and the master of the house was very keen and hearty. It was also very pleasant that the accommodation provided a private parking space directly on the property free of charge. The view from the balcony was also very nice.
In her efforts to keep the rooms well cared for, the lady of the house crossed the boundaries of privacy a little.

The room we booked was beautifully maintained and bright with a distant view of the castle. the location on a hill was peaceful and perfect, being close to the station. the hotel is right by lovely private gardens, the seafront, and public transport. the service was exceptional, and we had a freshly prepared and absolutely superb breakfast. Getting wake-up calls free of charge was also a nice touch.
